To help in Social Distancing, this class will be held outdoors at Willits Field (Rugby field near Mid-Valley Medical). Ages 6 – 11.  Fun & energetic class that focuses on the disciplines of Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai kickboxing, boxing and overall conditioning all in a controlled environment. Includes technique, drills, safety tips and realistic approaches to self defense situations.
