Muay Thai Kickboxing class with Ernest Mendez is a vigorous workout that provides tremendous cardiovascular benefits. You will learn proper striking techniques such as kicking and punching as well as overall conditioning.
In Fundamentals of Jiu Jitsu with Ernest Mendez you will learn body leverage and basic JJ techniques to obtain dominant control on the ground. The emphasis is on body positions and submission holds all in a controlled environment.
