About Aspen MMA
Aspen MMA is excited about educating the valley with the fitness and technical aspect of mixed martial arts. Our teachings are built around technique, self awareness and strategy for self defense situations. MMA is a combat sport that blends the disciplines of Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, American boxing and wrestling.
Classes
Aspen MMA offers classes and private sessions designed to improve the disciplines of Jiu Jitsu, wrestling, Muay Thai and boxing. Classes are offered to kids, men and women ages 5 and up. All levels welcome from beginner to advanced. More …
